Where we deliver
We deliver across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, and worldwide, including Europe, Canada and the USA.

When your order is sent
We usually send orders within 1–2 working days, and we often post at weekends too.

How we send your order
UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, so you can follow your parcel to your door. Faster Royal Mail services are available at checkout for an extra charge. Orders outside the UK are sent with Royal Mail.

Delivery costs and times
Delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. Times are counted from when we send your order.

UK
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.95, usually 2–3 working days
- First Class Signed For: £7.95, usually 1–2 working days
- Next Day Guaranteed (Royal Mail Special Delivery, orders up to 1kg): £12.95, next working day for orders placed by 3pm on a working day

Republic of Ireland and Europe
- Standard Shipping (orders up to £100): £6.95, usually 3–17 working days
- Large orders (over £100): £12.95, usually 3–17 working days

Rest of the world, including the USA and Canada
- Standard International: £10.95, usually 3–17 working days

Free UK delivery on orders over £50: use the code FREEPOST at checkout.

Import charges
Republic of Ireland: there are no import fees or customs charges on orders to the Republic of Ireland.

Other countries outside the UK: your order may be charged import duty or taxes when it arrives. These are set by your country and paid by the person receiving the parcel. We can't tell you the amount in advance, so please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
